Positive thoughts

1. Your presence is a present to the world.
 2. You're unique; one of a kind.
 3. Your life can be what you want it to be.
4. Take the days just one at a time.
 5. Count your blessings, not your troubles.
6. You'll make it through whatever comes along.
7. Within you are so many answers.
8. Understand, have courage, be strong.
9. Don't put limits on yourself.
10. So many dreams are waiting to be realized.
11. Decisions are too important to leave to
chance.
12. Reach for your peak, your goal, and your
prize.

13. Nothing wastes more energy than worrying.
14. The longer one carries a problem, the heavier
it gets.

15. Don't take things too seriously.
16. Live a life of serenity, not a life of regrets.
17. Remember that a little love goes a long way.
18. Remember that a lot goes forever.
19. Remember that friendship is a wise
investment.

 20. Life's treasures are people -- together.
 21. Realize that nothing is ever too late.
22. Do ordinary things in an extraordinary way.
23. Have health and hope and happiness.
 24. Take the time to wish upon a star. If you feel stuck in your life because you have
lost your direction, shift your focus from your
circumstances to the circumstances of those
around. As Gandhi once said, “The best way to
find yourself is to lose yourself in the service of
others.” Instead of asking, “What’s wrong with me?” ask, “How can I help you?” Find someone
who could use an extra hand and make an offer
they can’t refuse.

Fighting for This Emptiness

I sat here waiting for the time to pass by quickly and that moment I anticipates everyday to come by. Then I suddenly noticed myself wiped for my tears while I listen to the chirping sound of a bird, the quiet sound of an AC and that familiar tic-tock of my wristwatch. I was thinking, It would still be a long way ahead for me to go before I can get over with this four-cornered place. Stucked with no other option but to proceed and find my way how to unlock the door and open it for the new horizon. Self-convinced that eventually I could find the right key and be at the places I have long wanted.
Again, I remember my loved one's I left behind for a while. The thought that it's not easy to leave them in exchange for my growth as a person that greatly squeezed my heart with sadness. I am so grateful for those who stayed for good and remained loyal despite how tough the going was. I would cherish it from the depths of my soul. Today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow and the day no matter how many times the day passes by, I will not hold back and nothing can stop me from moving along to keep chasing what my heart desires.

Inspirations

<Reblog from Karina Loureiro Positive Thoughts>

“At times you have to leave the city of your
comfort and go into the wilderness of your
intuition. What you’ll discover will be
wonderful. What you’ll discover is yourself.”

-Alan Alda

Your truth is in your mind, anything you
believe in creates your reality. If you can simply let go and trust that things
will work out the way they’re supposed to
you’ll be able to enjoy any life experience
with the freedom that this mindset creates. Find the path that best suits your calling and
don’t settle until you’ve found it. One becomes beautiful by finding beauty in
what’s already within. Focus on what you love instead of what
you dislike and you’ll end up finding more
joy and more love in life. Even though you cannot control everything
that happens, you can control your attitude
toward what happens. And in that, you
will be mastering change rather than
allowing it to master you.

Choose your relationships wisely

<Reblog from Positive Thoughts>

In life you’ll realize there is a purpose for
everyone you meet. Some will test you,
some will use you, and some will teach
you. But most importantly, some will
bring out the best in you. Keep people in your life who truly love
you, motivate you, encourage you,
enhance you, and make you happy. If
you know people who do none of these
things, let them go. Love is not about sex, going on fancy
dates, or showing off. It’s about being
with a person who makes you happy in
a way nobody else can. Too often we underestimate the power
of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a
listening ear, an honest compliment, or
the smallest act of caring – all of which
have the potential to turn a life around. The most beautiful thing is to see a
person you love smiling. And even more
beautiful is knowing that you are the
reason behind it. Choose your relationships wisely. It’s
better to be alone than to be in bad
company. Being alone does not mean you are
lonely, and being lonely does not
meanyou are alone. Fall in love when you’re ready, not when
you’re lonely. Love means giving someone the chance
to hurt you, but trusting them not to. You know you’ve found true love when
you catch yourself falling in love with the
same person over and over again. Don’t wait for the right person to come
into your life. Rather, be the right person
to come to someone’s life. The one who is meant for you
encourages you to be your best, but still
loves and accepts you at your worst. Never allow someone to be your priority
while allowing yourself to be their
option. Some relationships are like glass. It’s
better to leave it broken, than to hurt
yourself more by trying to put it back
together. Just because one person doesn’t seem to
care for you, doesn’t mean you should
forget about everyone else who does. Someone else doesn’t have to be wrong
for you to be right. It is okay to be angry. It is never okay to
be cruel. Never do something permanently foolish
just because you are temporarily upset. Silence is often the loudest cry. Pay
attention to those you care about. We don’t always need advice.
Sometimes all we need is a hand to hold,
an ear to listen, and a heart to
understand.

#Healing power of dogs#

Has a fave pet helped u through a hard time? Dogs maybe d world's greatest therapists, by
simply petting a dog can decrease levels of stress
hormones, regulate breathing and lower blood
pressure. Research also shown that petting release oxytocin, a hormone associated with bonding and
affection, in both dog and human.

Bring it On (GoOutOutshineAndFaceTheTestofLife)

You Are A Work in Progress...so Keep on Moving Forward

I've been always locked up in my comfort zone before. That safe haven I couldn't imagine leaving behind once in a while, the thought that I would never be able to get over my discreet childishness (my mom can always attest to this, I swear), and that same old question that kept on playing inside my head that I fear most, ever since I reached my pubertal stage; "Will I be able to survive on my own? can I do this and that?". I'm always hesitant to try new things, afraid to take risks & full of self doubts. Until I let go of myself to face the real world. Then there I came & discover
how to magnify things and internalize its significance. I learn how to embrace life's highs & lows then gave up resisting it because life never promised us that everything will be easy. I came to realize, that overcoming adversities really depends on our attitude; How we see it, perceive it and how we bravely face it with open heart. Yet still grateful despite of everything. :^)
